complex multi-cavity profiles, we have the technology and expertise to

Regional Rubber also offers additional secondary manufacturing
operations including cut to length, punching, notching, hot vulcanizing

Rubber provides custom rubber extrusions built to
print in both solid and sponge materials. We
offer a full range of compounds including EPDM,
Neoprene, Nitrile, Silicone, SBR
and Viton®. We offer standard commercial grade
materials as well as custom compounded and color
matched materials to meet ASTM D2000, ASTM D1056 and
Mil-Spec requirements in sizes up to 15" wide.

Our "U"
Channel profiles are available in a various
configurations including rounded "U" and square
"U" sections along with various leg lengths and
channel widths. We stock both solid and sponge
sections in dense and sponge profiles in a wide
range of compounds. The "U" Channels sections
can also be vulcanized into finished seals and
gaskets to assist you with your application.

Standard Miscellaneous Extrusions
We provide a variety of non-standard profiles in
both solid and sponge materials. Our
miscellaneous profiles include bar stock extrusions,
L sections, beaded stock miscellaneous
configurations. Many can also be provided with
pressure sensitive adhesive and custom spliced, cut
or punched to assist you with your application.

Standard Bulb and Trim
Profiles
Our line of Clip-On
trim seal profiles offer a flexible aluminum core
that forms easily and quickly for a perfect fit to
any contour without pulling or stretching and
providing a rubber seal against any surface. We
offer a variety of configurations including
co-extruded all rubber seals as well as PVC and
rubber combinations.
